What's changed at Barclaycard, they are making account payments a nightmare. Call centre useless. Only information offered is that credit rating will be affected by their mistakes. What other contacts are there for Barclaycard now.

I have the same problem, trying to get an appointment with the local branch to sort out ridiculous payments to a PPI. Mumbai or wherever have to FAX ( dark ages) the local branch in Cheltenham to call me. The people in the call centre are utterly useless. My card is being drained for a PPI plan I can''t even remember signing up to ( I had a Goldfish card before) . Has anybody been successful in getting money back from them?
