Hi,

Thank you very much for letting me join. I have had some success reclaiming bank charges and a token amount from an electricity company after suffering power cuts last winter.

At present I am trying to find out if I can continue with an action against someone who sold me a stolen vehicle. I am not sure of the time limit to continue the claim.
