Hi Shaun and welcome to Legal Beagles.

So I expect you will have lots of bank and credit card charges!

Under the terms of the FSA waiver, you may be able to claim under the hardship rules.

If you complete an income and expenditure form http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ead.php?t=5102 and then if you could either post it up up or PM one of the team.

In our template library you will find a suitable harrassment letter to send to your various creditors.Legal Beagles http://legalbeagles.info/forums/showthread.php?t=81

Are your debts from self employment, Ltd company or are these personal?

Also, could you elaborate more on who you owe money to.

Also, you state that you are unemployed forst time in 18 years, when did you become unemployed? and was it redundancy?

    Thanks

    Tuttsi

      Re: Quick Hello

      Thanks Tuttsi.

I am currently filling out the budget sheet to PM across.

      All debts are personal.

Unemployed due to Constructive Dismissal. Currently awaiting legal response from solicitor.

Once I have completed the budget sheet, I will go into more details about my queries.

      Thanks for the welcome!!

      Shaun

          Re: Quick Hello

          Thank you Shaun,

From the brief look at the your debts I can see that some of them are well over 6 years old and if you have not been in communication with them they may well be statute barred.

          RCTCB (Council Tax)
          NEWYDD Housing
          Swalec
          Cellnet
          Robinson Way
          BT
          Link Financial

Egg Credit Card, Capital One, GE Money and MBNA - do any of these have charges? If they do, do you have the statements?

Have any of your creditors issued you with legal proceedings?

What about a bank account do you have one at present?
