        HI CurlyBen and Nattie

        Thank you for your welcomes.

My main aim is to get myself out of the positon in which i find myself!

After years of accetping crippling bank charges and cc int payments - i finally realised that i dont have to roll over and bow to their every demand.

I've got an interview with the CCCS in July, the only problem is calls and post still arrives. I need to write to DCA for Mgt fees on property which i rent out, but do not want to compromise my CCCS position. (i did send Tomterm8 a pm before i worked out how this works!)

So any advice you can offer would be much appreciated.

          Re: HI!!

          Unwanted callas are easy.
Simply state that you are recording the call and that you require ALL communications to be in writing for the avoidance of doubt.
Now they don't normally like this, but that is your RIGHT.

As for letters, well it really depends on the content, debt etc..

            Re: HI!!

Seems fairly straight forward - do i need to keep a log of the calls?

The letters are mainly around the cc and loans - missed payments, default wil be registered..... etc.

Any advice re the DCA for Management fees?

              Re: HI!!

Oh yes log everything, but most of all be calm and professional in your dealings with them.
let THEM rant and rave and look stupid.
              Much more fun that way..

Now as for this DCA more information would be useful.
Fire up a new thread in debts and gives us the sp.
