NEED HELP

can any one help please

we are in quite alot of credit card debt and are now getting hassled by triton

does the cca letter really help

they are phoning every day and letters every week. no one seems to help

Have they put charges on your account for being late paying or going over your credit limit?
They will be £12 each charge

yes

loads of charges on the account

but we dont get statements form them anymore just letters fron the dco

i have just sent them a cca letter

do you think this will help

If you haven't got all your statements with your charges on then you need to send an SAR (subject access request). use this link for info on SAR Legal Beagles

Then you can start to reclaim your charges back.
