    Neighbour’s shed, wheelie bins, rubbish against my house wall

    The gable end wall of my detached house is entirely on my property. Neighbour’s sideway is approximately 8’ wide and is flanked by my wall. My deeds state we should have unrestricted access to repair our wall. Is it legal to ask them not to store anything (including a shed) against my wall and to remove their side gate fixings which are attached to the corner of the same wall? The wooden side gate is rotting and needs replacing. The previous owners had 2 sheds next to my wall which I believe caused damp.
