    Lowell Old CCJ

    Hi

    I had a debt with very that i defaulted on in 2013. In 2015 lowell entered a CCJ against me that dropped off my file in 2021. Hence my surprise that today Resolvecall came to my house to chase the payment. I spoke to Lowell and denied any knowledge of the debt but asked to clarify dates etc and i said i denied all knowledge. My question is do i need to pay this debt from 13 years ago that has already had a ccj against it that expired 5 years ago? Does it fall under staute barred? Thanks
