  • Clutch failure after 204 miles

Basically both the 3rd party platform and garage that carried out the work are saying they are not resposible for the warranty. I have been copying in the 3rd party platform to the garage emails, but the last response from the garage ,although they said they would re bleed next week have become agressive, intimidating and have issued threats regarding me paying storage or having to collect the vehicle. it cot me £100 to recover it back to the garage a fee I dont feel I should have to fund but I dont know the law, just doesnt sit right morally. The garage has now re looked at the clutch ,removed gearbox and charging me £108 for the privelege and have quoted me £700 odd pounds for what they are saying is a defective flywheel, surely this should have been obvious. ps In one email where the garage threatened me with storage costs if I was being awkward also informed me they had been kicked off 3rd party platform for going direct to customers to save them money
    Thank you in Advance

Ive had the vehicle for 4 years, the clutch replacement was done through a third party. since thr failure the garage has been banned from the third party platform. no one wants responsibility. the garage sent me a very unprofeessional and slightly threating email, Im not sure how to proceed, I think my best option is recovering the vehicle to an independant garage and hopefull I can reclaim some of my expenses, they have had the vehicle for 5 weeks now
