  • Dwp requiring statement of savings from 2010 for my deceased sister

How can third party, brother, find out what was granted to my sister when she reached pension age(60) in 2005 and had to go on Pension Credits because she had no NI payments due to illness all her life.
The request fro DWP is for 2010,2017 and 7/17 to 1/25 the date of my sisters death.

Please clarify what information DWP are asking for and why.

And why are they asking you?

So your sister died in January 2025, is that correct? Did she leave a Will? Are you named in it as her Executor? If so have you obtained Probate?
All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.
