  • TA6 Form

    Hi Everyone,
Right I need a little bit of advice, I’m selling the first house I brought, when me and my partner got this house we done a massive renovation and refurb on it, whilst doing this project we lived at parents house for around 9 months.

When doing work to the flat roof’s celling we heard and noticed a very minor mouse issue, and occasionally heard some noises in the celling even when we had completed the works.

it wasn’t a bad issue, and was only go around 1 week, as we found out next door had the same problem, and had tried to fix it by filling in a large hole in their flat roof from outside.

sure enough this worked in the last 4 years we’ve heard absolutely nothing at all. But on the TA6 form my partner is worried that as we are selling this house should we make our buyer aware and put it on the TA6 form, but really I don’t know if we should?

please can someone advise us and help us, as we don’t want to mislead anyone, but also don’t want to create an issue because there isn’t one?

    many thanks
