I purchased items from a retailer but returned them via Royal Mail. Despite returning the items, I did not receive a refund. I then initiated a chargeback with my bank, which was processed in my favor. The retailer or their recovery agent (NRCA) has claimed that I committed fraud and threatened legal action, saying that if I do not pay within 10 days they will take me to court. I have proof of posting the items and the chargeback confirmation, and I am now formally disputing the claim while seeking to resolve the matter.
