A letter has been posted through my late fathers letterbox. The name on the letter isn't my fathers or of anyone else who have lived in that house. The house is currently empty. Tried ringing the mobile number but keep getting cut off. There is no address or house number, just a name on the hand delivered letter. The letter looks like it was already opened and just worried in case the law enforcement agents return for collection.
Wrong house?

When I had a similar situation it was a debt collector looking for someone who had apparently moved out years ago. I opened it, wrote on it the person does not live here and I had never heard of them, please do not visit these premises again. I did not disclose my name. I put it in a new enevelope, addressed it to the debt collector's office address shown on the letter, put a 2nd class stamp on it and put it in a post box. I took a photograph of it in case they ignored it but they never came back.
Don't phone them. They'll only give you hassle. All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.
