  • TWM classification

    I have had a refusal of my application for Judicial Review determined as TWM due to my alleged not to have the right to seek the Judicial Review by the very person that told me in writing that this was my specific remedy to challenge their decision that I considered to be unlawful and irrational

    TWM = totally without merit. A judge has assessed that the claim is bound to fail.

    Kennyboxall - can you say what this is about? What advice do you seek?
