  • how to Amend High Court claim before issued/served on other side(no claim number) ?

Issued claim , but sent back marked 'official Sensitive' ( and anonymous by High Court due to mistake of simply not putting the court fee in the box on form - therefore claim not served on defendant. Worried that Court will (taking account of CPR 17.1 - 17.4 use the option of disallowing even though permission is not required) so could firstly seek permission from other side- but worried that as a statement of truth appears to be needed to verify the new version of the claim form , and the new date would be outside the six year limitation period - can I use the old date(inside the limitation period)?; I would be most grateful for help - have asked the court before sending the claim form in for the assistance from the advocate to the court based on vulnerability(including advice - through to form filling etc, etc) - but this has not been addressed - leaving me as a litigant-in-person against Goliath.
