        You haven''t answered my question.

        Were the items that you posted back to Next the exact same items that you bought from Next and had asked Next to refund?

        There is no need for you to post every reply twice. I have asked admin to remove your duplicate posts.

          No I returned a similar item but same make ( not a next brand but next sell that brand.
          what difference does it make if they sell that brand in next and have refunded me straight away now months down the line they realise it’s the wrong one.

              It makes a difference to their 'inventory', the whole point of having a 'range' is the stock is available for that range, what you've 'allegedly' done is ''mess up' their inventory, so they have one more item of one thing and one less item of another, that will effect their sales and the 'bottom' line.

              If you bought a specific item and you only wanted that item, but they decided to send you something else, you would not be happy.

                  I give up. You clearly have no idea what I am on about. The amount of people that return items used/ wrong one or say they haven’t received goods when they have is wrong. You lot on here have no idea about anything and get your advice from others.
                  I returned two left feet and two right feet. lol to flannels end off.
                  I have now had my laugh with you guys.
