  • Vulnerable Person & 2 illeagal Double Dipping PCN's - Is There Any Real Help?

Greetings Everyone i am a vulnerable person with Intermittant Explosive Disorder and many other health problems, i claim UC and PIP. In the last 2 years i have recieved 3 illegally issued PCN's. I cant deal with anything in a calm manor and these illegal PCN's are destroying my sanity, i dont say this lightly. I better not mention some of my behaviour which has come about due to these illegal persecutions. Is there anyone who can deal with these on my behalf? A charity or an orgaisation?

I know how to deal with legit PCN's, i went to court 2 years ago to fight one and DCBL never even turned up. Having to deal with legit PCN's is bad enough, i usually get great help from MSE forums and Consumer Action Group forums.

2 Years ago at my previous address i got a PCN for apparently parking inside the car park boundary, i did not, i actually parked outside the boundary. I got this cancelled by screaming dogs abuse down the phone at the manager, this is how i react and i cannot stop myself.

Currently i have 2 double dipping PCN's for 17 hours at a petrol station and another for parking over 20 hours at a retail park. The one at the retail park is already going through the court process and im waiting on the mediator appointment soon. The other is just at the DRPlus invoices stage and i have an appointment with my local MP on the 5th DEC to tyr and deal with this.

I should not have to waste 1 minute with these illegal persecutions, im forced to engage with them or i might get a CCJ if i ignore them. Its also disgusting that the retailers dont help when it comes to cancelling these PCN's. So i am put into an impossible situation and forced into going through the legal process online.

Its probably too late to get any REAL help with these illegal PCN's for now but i am begging someone can help me in the future.

    All the best

Can you show that your vehicle was not in the relevant car parks during the time the parking firms say you were? for example did you shop elsewhere and have receipts or bank records? Is there anyone, a neighbour or friend perhaps who saw your vehicle elsewhere when it was allegedly parked in those car parks?

Let's see how mediation goes for the retail park.

For the other DRPlus can be ignored as they are only debt collectors without any teeth.
Perhaps you can post up a copy of the parking charge Notice so we can see exactly what they state

Good afternoon and thanks for your reply.

I'm afraid that I don't have any proof of being elsewhere, I don't have any bank statements all witnesses or neighbors to vouch for me. I live alone and don't have any interaction with anybody and there isn't anyone else in my life to help or vouch for me.

Regarding the DR plus PCN im hoping the MP can deal with that inb some way. I know they are powerless debt collectors but it becomes an issue once you receive a Claim Letter.

I need someone to take this on should it happen again. Im assuming there is not anyone who can help in that respect.

This is 'a shot in the dark'. You could try to obtain your Geo Location Data from Google Maps on your mobile phone device, if you have location
settings turned on. But then will you be able to access data from a couple of years ago? If available, it may show that you weren't where they said
        you were.

If you post up the PCNs we might be able to assist

Guys i really appreciate your attempt to help me but your not following my request. To repeat myself i need help for future PCN's and not current ones. I dont want advice or guidance on fighting a PCN, i want someone to take this on should it happen in future. I dont want to waste your time or mine so i will assume there is not anyone that can help in future.

You are anticipating further parking charges from this particular car park? Just take a timed and dated picture of your vehicle parked elsewhere each time after after parking there.
Then when the PCN arrives come back here (or one of several other forums)

I don't know of anyone who will agree to " take on" something that hasn't yet happened

Isn't the answer, make sure you have a 'DashCam', that all journey's are recorded. then you don't need to 'fight' any PCN's.

You just present the evidence. If your 'techie' you can get all that done 'seamlessly'.
