Title: Disinherited by My Family – Need Advice
    Post:
My middle brother and I feel completely disinherited. Our mom has left everything to our younger brother and his wife. The probate has been completed, but we haven’t seen any documents, and my family isn’t talking to us.
We’ve all helped in the family business and with property purchases over the years, but it seems none of that matters.
We’re looking for advice on what, if anything, we can do in this situation. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Are you in the UK? American spelling of "mom" raises doubt - this is a UK law forum.

If in the UK, you may have a claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. But note that legal action must be commenced at Court within 6 months after the date of the grant of Probate.

You should take professional legal advice.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
