Back Again, been a while, hello everyone

Hello everyone, i have been here before, many years ago. Lost my job due to redundancy, could'nt get another proper job for years, and during these times i fell into debt and my world started to fall apart. Went through hell for a very long time. As i say, many many years have passed and wallop, old debts i prayed were gone or statute barred have been sold on to other companies. One in particular has been sending letters to pay up at a reduced cost, which i have not answered. Now suggesting sending a company called Verify to come round to my house,,,, for a wee cup of tea and a chat, don't think so. So i'm here with you wonderful people,,,,, again.

They haven't got any powers. The best thing to do is print off the statute barred letter, place
it into an envelope, hand it to anyone who turns up.

You could send it to the Creditor and Verify, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

You could also include in that letter a paragraph withdrawing from them, and any party they care to instruct, the implied right of access to your property.
