Mums Will

Hi.
Mum died in May 2023. Dad has original Will. A copy of the Will is at a solicitors that he attended to discuss probate amongst other things. 6 Children are all named beneficiaries along with Dad. Dad ignoring requests to complete probate. How do children get a copy of the Will from the solicitor in order to take things further.

Do you know why he isn't applying for Probate?

Is he the sole named Executor?

No explanation as to why he isn’t doing probate, other than he is just ignoring it. There is another executor who is actually the solicitor that drew up the Will but He does not have a copy of the Will and He is relinquishing his role anyhow.
