    Just a Hi...

    As a newbie to this forum I would like to say hello, so - Hi!

    I am a small business owner with limited income looking to expand and would like some legal advice regarding issuing shares to a US citizen (living in the US).

    Any pointers to the right direction/forum in here would be appreciated. Many thanks.
