  • Declaration of trust tenants in common with unequal equity shares RX1

I have prepared a declaration of trust detailing the percentage split in our jointly held mortgaged property. I would like to submit a form RX1 to the land registry to flag this declaration up if ever the property were to be sold. I'm thinking it would cover the situation if it arose that one party had died or was ill etc. Does anyone have any experience with the form RX1 in particular, the wording that needs to be included in section 9? After intensive googling, I'm struggling to progress much further. Would I also need a Form A? thanks

Sorry - conveyancing documents are not my thing.

Does this Land Registry guidance note help? https://www.gov.uk/government/public...n-the-register
