Has anyone emiled Resolevecall about a 6+year old debt that they bought of someone else, as opposed to writing them the template, to save time?

    Hi UNL1990S

    Welcome to LB

    You need to provide details?

If your asking can you email them, rather then send the 'template', you could email the 'template'.

I think you want to send the Statute Barred template.

I'm not sure that they've bought the debt, they are just a DCA that offers 'visits / collection activities' on behalf of their clients.

them at enquires@resovecall.co.uk 4 working days ago so they would have replied by now, if going to. Email was to tell them the man who came with his envelope came for a former resident of 10 years ago, and gave them this former resident's last known address (as this resident told me to and that the debt was 10 year old with no contact or payments by him since). A previous letter from Capquest said they were passing the debt. Just wondered if anyone else had emailed Resolvecall and got a reply.

If you've emailed them, then you should get a response, I'd give them 10 days.

          Update the thread.
