Civil Claim Against Overseas Company with UK Establishment
Hia everone,
Was wondering if anyone has experience with the following scenario.
I want to file for civil damages with Lufthansa due to various falsities they made and their actions. They ended up returning the payments I made, after I went through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
The problem is that I am still out of pocket by a good few hundered and beleive I have a good case.
They are regisrtered on Companies House as an establishment of its parent company, Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft which is located in Germany.

Does anyone know what's the likelyhood of me even being able to enforce if I do get a judgement awarded through the small claims?
Also I presume I can take legal action from this country or should I look at the German court system?
