  • Legal Aid Help

Seeking legal aid representation regarding ongoing failures in public duty and disability accommodation within social housing. A vulnerable person with neurodiverse needs has faced systemic neglect, including coercion into financial agreements without due legal process, manipulative housing procedures that offer no viable solutions, and a long-standing failure to recognise and accommodate their disability. Also there are concerns regarding racial and disability discrimination, where repeated failures to provide fair treatment have resulted in disproportionate hardship. Despite clear legal obligations, reasonable adjustments have not been made, the situation continues today. If anyone knows of legal aid solicitors specialising in disability discrimination, public sector accountability. Please point me in the right direction. The goal is to ensure that proper accountability is achieved and that this case is handled with the legal precision it deserves.
