If we can hep we need to see a redacted copies of the Parking Charge Notice/Notice to keeper and the court claim (as you mention a defence assume you have received a court claim).

    Have you identified the driver?
Do you have a photo of the signage?

      Hello, Good morning.

Yes I have received a court claim.

I only acknowledge the court form. So I hope that do not count as identifying the driver. I have not responded to any communication such as Notice to Keeper or Letter before action.

I have a picture of the signage but I am not able to upload it here as it is too bigger size as per the error message that popped up. I will have to get it printed and scanned later today and try again.

I will upload redacted paperwork as requested, The information here says that I have to start a new thread in the court section. I am still struggling to navigate through this site. Not as easy as I thought.

      Many thanks

NO need to start another thread ..... just post up here

Acknowledging the claim was the correct action

If you have trouble posting attachments you can upload to a hosting site such as IMGUR (https://imgur.com/) and then posting a ink here

          Good Evening,

Thanks for the message. My partner suggested that I should follow the rules of the forum. So I have posted my help request in the court section as set out in the instructions.

I had a look at the imgur.com but it is not letting me upload PDF documents. Do you have any idea why I am not able to upload anything to message in the welcome section or the court section please? Do I have to pay to get access to upload here in this forum?

          Many thanks

Well the most appropriate forum for Excel Parking is: Forum Legal Forums Motoring and Parking Parking Issues, Charges & Tickets IPC

You do not have to pay to upload attachments here. The problem could possibly be the size or number of attachments (asking admin ULA to advise)
              Have no idea about IMGUR

PS just realised I have answered on your other thread!

Silver Paw we have a lot of forum areas depending on the legal issue an individual has, however the Welcome Forum is as catch-all area if people are unclear as to where to post which often happens with a forum our size. However one request we do have it once you start posting on a thread in one forum area you stick to that area and do not re-post the thread elsewhere. If it is felt a thread is not in the correct area then the admin team can move the full thread to that area.

You do not have to pay to access any of our forum areas or upload attachments, however there is a limit on size and therefore it is far better to upload your documents to a hosting site and post the link in your thread.

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
