  • My Neighbour is Harassing Me and I Need Him Evicted

    My neighbour has been:
Cutting off my electricity supply to taunt me (my electricity meter is in his flat). When my electricity goes down no one else in the area is effected.
Cutting off my gas supply (my gas meter is outside his flat). When my gas goes down no one else in the area is effected.
Booting my external Virgin Media internet cable box, which is outside his flat. I've had internet outages when there's no other outages in the area and the connectors inside the box dropped down outside the box.
He commandeered my wheelie bin before I even moved in so I had to pay for one myself. The only I bought he fills up with dog waste and other rubbish so I have to keep household waste in my one bedroom flat, giving myself chest infections from the bacteria.
He's also been kicking my bins about and throwing my food waste bins across the place.

Two days ago he harassed me slamming on my door and claiming that I am stomping around waking him up and agitating his dog, despite the fact that I have recently had a liver biopsy and cannot walk let alone "stomp".

He's going to continue to harass me until I **** myself.

The Housing Association don't want to know.

How do I get him arrested for harassment, for interrupting energy, gas and internet supplies, for throwing about bins?
He's also being loud at 2-4am in the morning keeping me awake and he also stockpiles rubbish and recycling bags around the side of his month creating a public health hazard.

I want him evicted at the very least, and pub behind bars would be a bonus for what he's inflicted on me.

(moving out is not an option, I am broke, his refusal to let me access my meter readings resulted in British Gas overcharging, them threatening me with debt collectors for debt I didn't own and a complete breakdown that lost me my job and ability to ever work again.)

Your local Council has a Welfare Officer you need to contact them.

You can also contact your local Councillor and MP.
