    ParkingEye Ltd and DCB Legal Ltd

    I've submitted a defence to a claim regarding a PCN on the basis they cancelled two other PCN's issued in the same week. Parked in a hospital car park dedicated for Blue Badge holders and my defence relates to the mandatory free car parking for Blue Badge holders issued by NHS England. Interested if anyone else have taken a similar defence?
