  • Insolvency Service appeal against dividend refusal........

    Good morning legal beagles.

I have this week received my Insolvency Service dividend application refusal from their Solicitors.

This is linked to my SIPP investment at Store First Ltd.

The Solicitors tell me that I have x 21 days to appeal this decision and I certainly will be doing this.

Could somebody here please tell me what I now need to do with this regard?

Such as what Court appeal application form do I now need, information on the associated Court fees, etc?

    Many thanks in advance.

    John.

See part 7 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 -

I think you need to make an application to the court under rule 7.3.

Schedule 4 contains a long list of forms.
