I went to my bank today ,for money health check . I am paying over 700 pound in credits a month , the bank wanted to give me a lone to pay everything off to lower my payments , and today we found a new default from lowel for a debt from provident and a catalogue from 2009 and 2011 could be older . They found my sisters phone number couple of years ago and was continuing on ringing her , we started falling out about it . It was happens every week they would call her . I refused to even contact them as I paid provident . They went bust years ago and robbed me . Lowel sent me an email saying that I no longer had to pay this debt . But put a default on my credit file . It's took me along time to build my credit up from scratch . As all my life I've suffered from partners financial abuse . And getting me into debt . And they have damaged my file and now I can't lower my payments because my bank can't give me another lone. I feel this is so wrong is there anything I can do . Please
