    Having problem with nasty neighbour who stands outside when we go out filming or pretending to film with phone is this illegal?

    Possibly not as such. But it might be harassment.

      You need evidence that's it happening, so it would be an idea to collect evidence, keep a diary, time / date with comments. If someone could film / record it happening.

      Report it to the police, so they may look into it, you also have it on record. It maybe harassment / stalking.

        Arranging a meeting with Police this is not the only incident reported to them and on file
