We note the contents of your emails, we can confirm the balances are still valid and owing, as previously advised in regards to the deed of assignment for your accounts, please note this is an agreement entered into between the original creditor and LPI. This agreement assigned the right to collect the outstanding amount on your account from the original creditor to LPI. This is a confidential agreement so we can't send you a copy.
We can advise whilst the accounts are with the Lowell Customer Support Team we would not look to take legal action on the accounts.
In regards to account xxx7 we have requested an agreement and a statement from the original client, whilst we are awaiting for the documentation the account will remain on hold.
Please note in regards to accounts xxx9 and xxx2 they are not regulated under the consumer credit act therefore you do not require an agreement to obtain these accounts.
We have attached the statement for account xxx9 to the email.
We are unable to request a statement for account xxx2 from the original client as payments were not made on the account.
We note you are currently homeless, please could you provide us with a care of address?
We note you have filed for bankruptcy, your accounts remain on hold for 60 days from the 13th of February to allow you some time. If we have not heard from you or the company you have done the bankruptcy with we will be in contact for an update.a
Any help would be most appreciated if I have to go for bankruptcy just so they don't get a penny so be it
