I made my final payment Sept 24 2024 they never told me this then. they finely went into reseavership Oct 24- 2024 I was still buying Cushions to match after Oct and still they kept quiet !

Have you lodged a claim with the liquidator or administrator?

I had a long convisation with the Manager today Atticus of the new administration , she was also manager before ! She would not budge . The company went into Adminstration and changed Oct 15 2024 All staff jobs saved ... The sofa did not wrinkle up in the seating part before after sitting on it for 5 mins , all the 20 plus years I had it and was a" multiyork " brand , I believe it was not fitted right and cut too large ..

Contact your Credit Card company, ask to do a Section 75 claim.

There is a letter you can send the Credit Card company in the link below.
You'll need to send them evidence.

Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

Look under - Making a Section 75 claim

I had a long conversation today with the manager she was the manager before all staff jobs were saved the company went into administration Oct 15 24 ... The material did not wrinkle up every time you sat on it for about 5 to 10 mins every time you sat on it for the 20 plus years I had it .. I believe it was cut too large and not fitted right , I only wanted it corrected and put right as it had a 5 years guarantee which they will not honour now !
