    changing name of deeds on land registry

    Hi I own stables and land, want to register a name which is more suitable than land to the west etc, with land registry, got form AP1, but looks as if I must have a legal representative, is this correct?

    There is no requirement for you to instruct a solicitor or conveyancer.
