    Final Charging order

    We have 2 Final Charging Orders on our home imposed in 2008

    We have not paid anything off either

    our debt has been bought and sold many times in this period, and don't know why they have not been more aggressive.

    Our mortgage is due to complete this year 2025 and are worried they will now make demands.

    Has anyone any experience and does the 6 years statute apply?

    Can anyone help us or share their experience
