    Good afternoon
    I received a letter from kearns solicitors about a debt with lloyds of £1850. If i dont respond within 30 days then they will issue court proceedings. This debt is over 6 years old so why are they asking me to pay? ive been harassed by link financial over the years but i haven’t reponded. I also paid £4500 to FASTTRAK LAW in 2017 to eliminate my debts . Please help if you are able. Many thanks Elledur

    If you haven't made a payment or acknowledged the debt in writing over the in the last 6 years, the debt maybe statute barred providing there isn't a CCJ.

    Send the following letter, make sure you get Proof of Postage.
