  • Assets of a defunct company

    Greetings all!
I'm Brunner from Central Europe, and I'd like to know how to acquire all intellectual assets from a defunct company which was based in the city of Raleigh in North Carolina, USA. Any ideas?
    Many thanks.

Brunner this is a UK based forum and you may not find that we can assist with your enquiry.

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

You need to find out who controls the affairs of the defunct company. This might be a liquidator.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
