  • Ongoing ASB - Harassment & intimidation from neighbour

    Hi there
Since 2019 I have had to endure ongoing anti-social behaviour from my upstairs mentally ill neighbour. It first started after repeatedly asking him to turn the volume down on his music after midnight, he would play loud music through the early hours of the morning. Eventually, I complained to the housing association and they made him stop. He then had a vendetta against me and has made my life a misery..He started stamping hard on his floor whenever he heard daily living noise from me which would cause loud thuds on my ceiling. He put nails under my partner's motorbike, smashed all my flower pots and hacked a shrub I had planted. he put a pest trap in the garden for my cat, smashed my rear car window and has recently put nails in both my nearside car tyres. No one has helped me at all as he denies everything. He shouted down to me, " he was going to effin smash my door and effin kill me" The police said " what do you want us to do about it" he is mental. I cannot get anyone to believe or help me
