  • court order for costs

    I won court case but costs were not included in my court bundle by the defendant (it was law firm). my costs were £17000.00 during the final hearing judge did asked me but that time i didn't had with me .
    what should i do now?

    We need more information about this. But generally a costs order should be applied for at the end of the hearing. The judge who has conducted the particular hearing is considered best placed to decide whether to make a costs order.

    You may be able to apply for an order that the other party pay your costs. If so, you should prepare full information to show how much you seek, with all supporting invoices, receipts etc.
