  • Mrs maidment

I received a call on Thursday about a debt I've been issued with but haven't received any paper work or emails or texts. The paper work has been sent to my old adress which I have not lived there in over a year. The lady who called me was called Mrs maidment. I got called off a mobile number which I thought was highly suspicious. Apparently it's marstons. But I've tried contact and don't know my reference number to make payments. Does anyone know what I should do?

    Hi Gizla224618

    Welcome to LB

Are you considered 'Vulnerable', have a read of the following, does it apply?

    https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/de...re-vulnerable/

If so consider emailing Marsden the following,

    https://nationaldebtline.org/get-inf...vulnerable-ew/

They have an online chat facility, that may help you get details.
