Hello all, been here before, as it was a while ago I was younger and my brain more receptive so please be patient with me.
The information I received previously was extremely helpful, unfortunately I have discovered the lengths my local council will go to for the purpose of hiding the truth is appalling.
Hopefully someone will be able to advise, without doubt, the legal repercussions of the following actions,
IS UNAUTHORISED REMOVAL OF CREMATED REMAINS FROM DESIGNATED CREMATED REMAINS GRAVE A CRIMINAL OFFENCE.
Without any form of authorisation, local council completely and knowingly removed cremated remains from my family cremated remains grave.
Council are refusing to address the situation, have refused my attempts at mediation and all genuine foi requests are refused on the grounds of being vexatious.
Local police refuse to investigate stating the unauthorised removal is >NOT< a criminal offence.
The above is request for advice is completely genuine.
I have been attempting to gain closure to this extremely distressing situation for a long long time.
    Thank you.

      Hello DES8,
Yes, still fighting the system to get some answers about the unauthorised exhumation , it’s been a long long time. I now have a great amount of proof showing how council are trying to avoid acknowledging this nightmare of a situation.
As soon as any advice organisation know my situation is concerning local council my case is dropped like a hot potato.
I can assure anyone interested my situation is absolutely genuine.

DES8, for clarity, couldn’t remember information related to previous access to legal beagles so had to start over with new password etc.
