  • boundary subsidence

Our neighbours with grounds at lower level are causing subsidence to our ground and refuse to build support for collapsed boundary hedge.
Initially they removed the hedge unlawfully and and have since then refused to accept responsibility for this subsidence caused by that removal. How can we legally deal with this?

This seems to be the same issue you asked about in your earlier thread, and have had responses to.

Better to keep it one thread or people have to go through all the same questions again.
