    You should receive the photos and invoices with the defendant's witness statement
    It will be up to you to prove the invalidity of this evidence
    Fake photos and fraudulent invoices are a serious offence with serious consequences if caught. It would be stupid idea for any party to consider producing this type of evidence in court

    In the end it is up to the judge to decide who he or she believes. The decision is likely to be made on the quality of the evidence submitted by both parties and how trustworthy the witness comes across when presenting their statement

      And whether there is any other evidence that tends to support the party in question.
