Write back stating that if the information requested isn't posted out to you in the post and which is your preferred 'medium', then you will lodge a 'formal' complaint with the Information Commissioners Office. They have to provide information to you via your preferred method. It's a simple, straightforward request.

Thank you I did think it was a bit dodgy view it by opening an account with them I will request it sent by email but also I have been requesting sars from three mobile but in 3 years they have failed to supply, all they did was send me a standard notice about they don't keep information for longer than 2 years and I would need to get a court order

I have also been in touch with ico and they said they couldn't see what three had done wrong,I told them I asked for a sar which they haven't provided even though I followed their procedure and for some reason they said we can't see what they have done wrong ,I was an still am totally baffled by their response.

If you've been requesting information from Three for 3 years and they haven't provided it, then how can they prove the debt is owed.
Lodge a formal complaint with Three, follow their complaints procedure on their website.

Send Lowell's the following letter, make sure you get Proof of Postage.
