Hi, I had a payment arrangement with Rundles for my council tax from a magistrate liability order. I have been making the payments but this month the payment was due on the 13th and I did not make it until the 18th, for various reasons I did not contact them and they have now sent it to a bailiff who made a property visit yesterday. I have spoken to him on the phone today and he is refusing any offer of a payment plan and says because the arrangement was broken it must be paid in full and has given me until next Friday to pay off the balance. Is there anything I can do about this as I do not have the money to pay it all next week.
Broken agreement

Hi Vicky2020
Welcome to LB
Would you be classed as 'vulnerable persons'?
Do any of the following apply to you?
https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/de...re-vulnerable/
If so, you can email the bailiff's and Council, ask for the debt to be returned to the Council.

You should also make a complaint to the Bailiffs about the Bailiff's conduct.
