Barclaycard have reduced my credit limit to £1.I contacted them and asked if this was a joke, as my credit score on both Experian And Clear Score is high. When I rang them the customer service guy said they are not privy to the reason for this decision. What can I do ?

If your account is up to date, nothing outstanding, then it could be 'adverse' information on your credit file i.e. maybe somebody has used your address for a transaction etc. Something like that, you don't have to do anything for that to happen to you. Write a formal letter of complaint (you can do this via your online account platform), follow their complaints procedure on their website.
