  • Is this a CCJ?

    Hi i have received this letter from the county court wit regards to a dispute resolution hearing that took place over video call, the judge allowed us and the defendant to discuss the matter amongst ourselves to come to a settlement which we did, we then told the judge what we agreed and o have now received this letter is this a ccj? And will it go on my credit file? Thank you

      Welcome to LB

      That's the Judgement, after you've reached a 'settlement agreement' with the Creditor.
      If you keep to the terms of the settlement, then if the account is on your Credit File it will be marked 'Settled in Full'.

        It is indeed a county court judgement. It is an order to pay money by 23 January - in 2 days time.
