    My husbands had this form delivered which he hid from me, it mentions benefits , but also a lot about property, what’s it mean

      There is another A64A that has to do with benefits and is issued to a benefits claimant by the DWP. I think the purpose is to seek information about a claimant assets - I know no more than this.
