I am feeling quite lost after receiving a response from the Financial Ombudsman stating that they cannot assist me with my complaint.
I had a loan with Oakam, but they went into administration, which disabled their app and phone support. As a result, my account went into default. I made some payments to an account they provided, but then the account was transferred to Perch.
Now, my credit report shows the default listed twice: once by Oakam and once by Perch. Perch is refusing to remove the default, and since Oakam no longer exists, I am unsure how to proceed.
