  • IOC Claim

I would like to know if I am able to claim back my expenses incurred due to an injury where the third party has accepted liability? I am putting my claim through IOC portal.

I have added them to the claim, but they are refusing to pay them. They have made an offer, but the offer does not agree to pay the loses. I have submitted them again and have been rejected again. What can I do to get them agreed?

          I'm not sure you can.

But what you can do is ask for reasons why they have rejected them and see if there are similar cases where they have been accepted.

It takes two to agree. If the other party does not agree, you need to consider whether they can be compelled to do/pay whatever it is you want. In your case this may involve making a formal claim, i.e. taking the process to the next steps.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
