  • Regulatory reviews?

This is a complicated case which has destroyed my career and mental health, but I will fight on in 2025.

I await the preliminary hearing date and have updated my strike out application, because of how the people involved have behaved. Unlawfully, at best, sadly. The ICO has ruled that both parties breached their obligations - one of the issues was that I was sent legal liability information about my case and someone else's. One of the respondents is the employer's solicitor...

I've also raised issues about conduct with the SRA and the BSB (the solicitor involved a barrister who has not updated the misleading and untruthful ET3 completed).

However, I look at the reviews on Trust Pilot for these regulators and I am concerned about whether they will act. I see cases where solicitors are struck off for doing a runner from a Harvester, but what has happened in this matter is much more damaging and in breach of the codes of conduct that legal professionals are supposed to abide by.

I'm just wondering if anyone has had any joy from approaching these bodies, as I am trying to follow all the right paths and hope that one leads to justice. I would like to start the new year with new hope.

    Thanks.
